It is important if you are on your feet all day for work that you keep a close eye on the health of your feet, ankles, knees and thighs.

Varicose veins. This is an injury that is often associated with folks getting older, but the truth of the matter is that the pooling of blood in the legs which causes varicose veins can be incredibly painful and the result of standing all day long. These varicose veins can become swollen and incredibly painful to the point where you may not be able to stand for a full day at a time.
