Anthony W. Pignatiello

Attorney Pignatiello is a Native American lawyer and United States Army Veteran. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and his Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. He is an experienced plaintiff’s attorney obtained through years of civil litigation and criminal defense work. His practice is now focused solely on personal injury law and is committed to seeking justice for those who have been injured by others.

Attorney Pignatiello is admitted to practice in Connecticut Superior Courts, the United States District Court, District of Connecticut and the United States Supreme Court. His trial skills training includes Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer College, Trial Lawyer University, various local and national trial skills seminars, and numerous court and jury trials.

Current and past associations include the National Trial Lawyers Association, Top 100, American Plaintiff’s International Trucking Lawyer’s Association (APITLA), Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyer’s Association, Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, Greater New Britain bar Association, Manchester Bar Association, Association of Entrepreneurial Attorney’s, and the Native American Law Student’s Association.

Attorney Pignatiello will concentrate his practice on helping injured persons, both non-work and work related.
